- A good guest would not consume alcohol in common areas of the house and will help us to maintain a peaceful environment. Getting high on nature is a better option here.
- While music is the voice of the soul, we would appreciate if you keep the volume low and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the house, especially post 10pm. Talking loud in groups in public areas disturbs the calm of the place, please refrain from it.
- In-room dining facility is not available, guests are requested to use the dining shack on the terrace or the lounge area outside the rooms for meals. Eatables are not allowed inside the room.
- We do not support the consumption of outside food in our premises.
- Washing and drying clothes in the rooms or public areas will not be appreciated.
- As of now, we do not have the facility to accommodate drivers/servants. Please make your own arrangement (we can help of course). However, we are happy to arrange for their meals at an extra cost.
- We expect that you do not cause any damage to the home (be it in rooms or public areas). If found so, it will be charged.
- Enjoy reading the books and other material kept in the lounge area without damaging them please. Infact, we will be happy if you would want to donate some!

- Given the current COVID-19 situation and as a precautionary measure, we are not accepting bookings from foreigners until further notice. We will wait for any government guidelines in this regard. Meanwhile, hotel has full authority to cancel any booking at any time without any liability.

A) No refund - If cancellation happens upto 7 days prior to check-in date.
B) 50% refund - If cancellation happens between 8-21 days prior to check-in date
C) 100% refund - If cancellation happens 22 or more days prior to check-in.
Note : We will provide a date change option in case there is a complete travel ban arising out of COVID situation on your travelling dates from either Himachal Government's side or from the state from where you are travelling. Date change option will be given basis the availability (if a higher tariff plan applies to those dates, you will have to make the additional payment). In all other scenarios, the hotel cancellation policy mentioned above will be applicable.
